PhD(Mathematics)

This PhD provides an opportunity for graduates to acquire high-level research skills and substantially deepen their knowledge in the area of Mathematics. This doctoral program trains students to use theoretical and computational research methods to solve a wide range of problems from the most abstract to the very applied. The main focus of the program is on substantial research on core areas of mathematics leading to the PhD dissertation. Students also develop their skills in presenting and teaching mathematics and its applications.
